Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Rajkoh Tech Consultants, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Services

Rajkoh Tech Consultants provides technology consulting services including but not limited to:

• Fractional CTO services
• Technology consulting and advisory
• Technical mentorship
• Technology assessments
• Engineering team support

Engagement Terms

Specific terms for each engagement will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work or Service Agreement. These terms may include:

• Scope of services
• Deliverables and timelines
• Fees and payment terms
• Confidentiality obligations

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• You retain ownership of your pre-existing intellectual property
• Work product created specifically for you becomes your property upon full payment
• Generic tools or methodologies remain our property

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Bangalore, India.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
